Scott McComb has been with Heartland since 1999. Mr. McComb is a graduate of The Ohio State University, The Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and the Graduate School of Banking at the Louisiana State University. Mr. McComb was President and Owner of P.F.M Alert Systems and Vice President of Vector Security prior to joining Heartland Bank as Assistant Vice President and Director of Internet Banking. He was promoted to Vice President and Bank Security Officer in 2001, and Senior Vice President of Customer Relationship Management in 2003. He was promoted to his current position in 2008 and was elected to the Board of Directors of Heartland Bank in March 2008 and Heartland BancCorp in April 2008. He served on the bank's Advisory Board for several years.

Dr. Arthur Bing has served in the Columbus area for over 30 years as an experienced, well known plastic surgeon who continues to practice elective and cosmetic surgery. Dr Bing is also an entrepreneur who has built several medical office buildings. Dr. Bing currently serves on many boards including the American Red Cross, The Columbus Zoo, The Wilds, and Riverside Methodist Hospital. He enjoys giving back to the Columbus community where he has resided most of his life. Dr. Bing has served on the boards of Heartland Bank and Heartland BancCorp since 1989.

William A. Dodson Jr. is Executive Vice President and Community Relations Director for Rhema Christian Center. He is also Executive Director for the Dayspring Christian Community Development Corporation, established by the church to address the need for affordable housing, employment, literacy and economic development. Mr. Dodson has received mayoral appointments to the Columbus Cable Advisory Commission and Community Relations Commission and has served on various community councils. Mr. Dodson was elected to the Board of Directors of Heartland Bank in March 2011 and Heartland BancCorp in April 2011 and has served on the Bank's Advisory Board.

Jay B. Eggspuehler, Esq. is a member of Wiles, Boyle, Burkholder & Bringardner, Co., L.P.A. in Columbus, Ohio where he has been practicing since 1989. Prior to this time, Mr. Eggspuehler’s focus was in the area of aviation litigation, where he supervised nationwide litigation involving various aviation manufacturers and airlines with Mendes & Mount, LLC in New York, NY. Today, Mr. Eggspuehler litigates in a wide range of areas, including products liability, insurance defense, lender liability, aviation, and motor carriers. Jodi L. Garrison is a partner with Hirth, Norris & Garrison, a full service accounting firm dedicated to providing close personal attention to their clientele. Before joining Hirth, Norris & Garrison, Jodi was controller for a management-consulting firm. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Her areas of specialty include management consulting, tax preparation, accounting services and installation of accounting systems and software. Jodi has been a board member of Heartland Bank in March 2004 and Heartland BancCorp since March of 2004.

John Haines is the retired owner of Haines Insurance, Ashbrook Insurance Agency, Baldwin Agency and Samuel C. Mauger Agency. John is also a former mayor of the Village of Johnstown. Mr. Haines has been a Board member of Heartland Bank since 1988 and was elected to the Heartland BancCorp Board in April, 1999.

David Kotary is a Senior Vice President at Brower Insurance which has provided insurance and consulting services to the business community since 1935. David has been involved in many organizations in the Westerville community including the Westerville Education Foundation and the Westerville Chamber of Commerce. He was once named Westerville Area Business Person of the Year. David is a past president and former board member of the Professional Insurance Agents of Ohio. He was elected to the board of Heartland Bank in March 2004 and to the Heartland BancCorp Board in April 2004.

Has been a builder all of his life. He began his career doing custom homes but has migrated to commercial real estate. He has numerous projects in and around Newark, Ohio. Mr. McClain has been a Heartland Bank and a Heartland BancCorp board member since 1989.

Robert C. Overs is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Technical Rubber Company, Inc. Mr. Overs graduated with honors from The Ohio State University - The Max M. Fisher College of Business, with a major in accounting and is a CPA. Mr. Overs has extensive hands-on global business experience which includes, but is not limited to, negotiation of both domestic and international contracts covering a variety of areas, has worked effectively with bankers, accountants, attorneys, insurance brokers and government agencies, development and execution of strategic business plans, and has served on boards located in the United States, China, India, Europe and Japan. Prior to his graduation from OSU, Mr. Overs served in The United States Air Force as a member of the Headquarters, Air Force Office of Special Investigations and was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal for meritorious service.

After selling that business he took a sales position with a major airfreight company and received several promotions and transfers in operations, sales and management throughout the Midwest. He is past President of the Council of Logistics Management, past President of The Columbus Air Cargo Association, a member of the Board of The Columbus Region Logistics Council, a member of Franchise Owners Advisory Council, Pilot Air Freight Services, past member of the Inland Port Commission Advisory Council and a guest speaker at The Ohio State University classes in Transportation and Logistics and Aviation.

Richard A. Vincent is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation and Osteopathic Heritage Foundation of Nelsonville. Mr. Vincent led the process of preparing the Doctors Hospital health delivery system for asset sale consideration and facilitated all aspects of identifying potential acquisition partners, evaluation of acquisition proposals, negotiation of proposals and the asset purchase agreement, leading to the 1998 sale of the Hospital's assets to Ohio Health. In addition to negotiating a significant asset sale value, specific and significant protections were guaranteed in the asset purchase agreement for current employed staff, medical staff and the medical education program. Following the Hospital sale, he led the corporate and operation structure revisions and development of the parent Foundation, Doctors Hospital Foundation and the Doctors Hospital Development Foundation, forming an effective, community supportive philanthropic enterprise. The current enterprise is composed of the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation, the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation of Nelsonville, Doctors Hospital (for wind-up activities) and a few affiliate corporations.
