Congratulations New Heartland Bank Ambassadors!

 Sunday, July 20, 2014

Heartland AmbassadorsWhat would you call a Heartland Bank business or personal client that serves as a goodwill advocate of the Bank and provides a connection between the Bank and their community? Or a person who provides business referrals and helps assess community needs for financial services? A Heartland Bank Ambassador, of course!

The program was re-launched last week with a breakfast meeting at Worthington Hills Country Club where Bank President Scott McComb laid out plans for the program and, along with members of the senior management team, provided an insider’s look at the financial overview of the Bank.

“The Heartland Ambassadors are our eyes and ears in the community,” according to McComb. “They tell us how we’re doing as a financial institution and community partner, as well as inform us of new opportunities where we can be of assistance and grow relationships. This group is a very valuable resource that we rely on to conduct our business and planning.”

Not only will the Bank provide new Ambassadors with regular communication about Bank performance and new initiatives, they’ll also share tools and resources on the economy, business climate and the banking industry.

Congratulations to the following Heartland Bank Ambassadors!
