PRIVACY
ACT NOTICE
If you are under 13, you are required to have permission from
your parents or legal guardian to provide identifiable information.
Identifiable information is any thing that can be used to identify
you: this can include name, address, age, and email address. An
email address is required to register for our forums. You must
have your parent or legal guardian sign and either fax or mail
the parental permission form to Heartland Bank.
