Heartland Bank, 104.9 The River and ABC 6/FOX 28 Present the Fourth Annual Free Financial Summit

GAHANNA, OH – March 25, 2011 – Heartland Bank, 104.9 The River and ABC 6/ FOX 28 teamed up to present the 2011 Money Matters Financial Summit, a free event for individuals seeking assistance with their finances. This event took place on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Mount Hermon Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio. Sessions were provided at no cost, and lunch was provided by Chick-fil-A.

Attendees could choose three sessions in personal finance from a list of nine different topics. Topics included: Buying Your First Home, Is Refinancing Right For Me?, Budgeting and Living Within Your Means, How to Manage Credit Card Debt, The Basics of Investing, Retirement: Are Your Ducks in a Row?, 2011 Financial Check-Up, Teaching Your Kids About Money, and Understand Your Credit Score and How to Improve it.
