Remote Deposit Capture
Heartland Bank’s Business Remote Deposit utilizes a desktop scanner that connects to your PC and the Internet. With it, you can scan checks received from customers and issue deposits electronically to the bank, anytime day or night. It’s the quickest way to turn check deposits into cash. Benefits of this product include:

- Reduces the risk for check fraud
- Consolidate funds from remote or numerous location into one bank
Merchant Services
Merchant Services is the ability to accept Credit Cards for payment at a customer business. There are several ways to accept credit cards and the effective rate depends on the type of business the merchant is in and the method they use to get the card number. Settlement is available in less than 48 hours and pricing varies depending on the needs of the customer.

More and more companies and municipalities are feeling the pressure to enhance cash flow, reduce costs and become more environmentally friendly. - Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

- Night depository bags must be purchased from the bank for a fee of $25.00 per bag
- Bags are processed at no charge to you
Group Banking
The Group Banking Program is a package of services offered to qualified employees of business clients who have elected to make our program available as an employee benefit. Features of this product include:
- Monthly maintenance fee waived
- First order of 200 checks are free
- Waiver of annual fee on Heartland Bank MasterCard
- Free Safe Deposit box for 1 year (3x5 - Licking County ; 5x5 - Franklin County)
- Waiver of first year annual fee & closing fees on Heartland Bank Home Equity Line of Credit
- Between 1/2% - 1/4% discount on all installment loans, depending on account type
- No monthly maintenance charge on a regular savings account
